All Girls MTB Race Prep Camp
USA Cycling’s ADP Regional Camp system strives to provide accessible high-level coaching for athletes nationwide. The Fayetteville camp is open for (12) Females ages 15-18, the week prior to the Moosejaw Pro Cup.
USA Cycling emphasizes the holistic education, coaching, and experience that this multi-day camp can provides. Instead of learning by trial-and-error in one-off race scenarios, athletes will receive guidance and instruction from knowledgeable USAC/Bike School Bentonville coaches working with direct assessment. With this camp experience, female athletes of all abilities will walk away with an accurate understanding of their level (fitness, tactics, skills, etc.), know where to race at the next level, and have opportunities to race internationally. USA Cycling’s Fayetteville ADP Regional Camp may additionally offer selection opportunities for international races. USA Cycling’s ADP Regional Camps will be guided by the following curriculum.
1. Education: Discussions and seminars on multiple topics to improve athletic performance.
2. Skills: Sessions designed to increase understanding of skills, rehearsal on features, to foster safe methods for improvement on course.
3. Training: Solid training and testing protocols to increase fitness.

Overall goals:
Early season success in race season
Venue course inspection and skills work highlighting drops, rock gardens, and features.

Cost: $750 Residential, $550 Local (lodging and transportation not included)
