About our Leadership Development Program
Our Leadership Development program is a four-week intensive on how to lead the Bike School way. Participants will come twice a week - on one of the days, they will be coached by an experience coach to develop their own skills. On the other day of the week, they will be practicing leadership with one of our younger kids groups. They will participate in coach meetings and grow as a leader and a person.
